This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Energbrighten accepts returns, refunds, and cancellations for our office activity plan products and related services. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of activity calendars, session guides, and workplace programme materials. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any product from energbrighten.world.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Return Policy applies to all digital office activity plan products sold by Energbrighten, including:
- Starter Team Plan (AUD $495)
- Growth Workshop Bundle (AUD $985)
- Enterprise Activity Programme (AUD $1,890)
- Custom activity packages and bespoke planning services
- Add-on materials, refresher content, and plan extensions
This policy does not cover third-party products or services that may be referenced on our website but are not sold directly by Energbrighten.
2. Nature of Digital Products
Our activity plan products are delivered digitally in the form of downloadable files, including PDF session guides, activity calendars, facilitator notes, and implementation checklists. Because digital content can be copied and accessed immediately upon delivery, standard return policies for physical goods do not fully apply. However, we are committed to fair treatment of our customers and comply with all applicable provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our activity plan products come with guarantees that they will be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund. These statutory rights are in addition to the voluntary refund policy described below and are not limited by this Return Policy.
4. Voluntary Refund Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, Energbrighten offers the following voluntary refund terms for activity plan packages:
4.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if all of the following conditions are met:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the activity plan materials
- You have not used any session guides, templates, or facilitator notes included in the package
- You provide your order confirmation number and reason for the refund request
- The request is submitted before the 14-day period expires from the date of payment confirmation
4.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
If you have accessed or downloaded materials but find that the activity plan content significantly differs from the product description on our website, you may request a partial refund within 14 days of purchase. Each case is evaluated individually. Partial refunds typically range from 25% to 75% of the purchase price depending on the extent of material accessed and the nature of the discrepancy.
4.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You have fully downloaded and implemented activity plan materials
- The product meets its description but did not achieve your desired team engagement outcomes
- You purchased the wrong package tier and wish to switch (upgrade credits may apply instead)
- Custom or bespoke activity plans where work has already commenced on personalised content
- Refund requests based on change of mind after accessing digital materials
5. How to Request a Refund

- Order confirmation number or date of purchase
- Product name (Starter Team Plan, Growth Workshop Bundle, or Enterprise Activity Programme)
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Confirmation of whether materials have been downloaded or accessed

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution:
- Credit and debit card refunds: 5 to 10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3 to 7 business days
- Other payment methods: as specified at time of purchase
Upon refund approval, your licence to use the activity plan materials is revoked and you must delete all downloaded files from your devices and systems.
7. Package Upgrades and Downgrades
If you wish to change your activity plan package rather than request a refund, the following options are available:
- Upgrades: Contact us within six months of purchase to upgrade to a higher-tier package. A pro-rata credit of your original purchase price will be applied toward the new package cost.
- Downgrades: Downgrades are not available after materials have been delivered. If you have not accessed materials, contact us within 14 days to discuss options.
- Plan extensions: Instead of a refund, you may extend your activity calendar period at a discounted renewal rate.
8. Cancellations Before Delivery
If you cancel your order before activity plan materials have been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window. For standard packages, delivery occurs within two business days of payment confirmation. Custom packages may have longer preparation times; cancellation is available at any point before customised content creation begins.
9. Defective or Incomplete Products
If you receive activity plan materials that are corrupted, incomplete, or missing described components, contact us immediately. We will provide replacement files at no additional cost or offer a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within five business days. Examples of defects include broken download links, missing session guides, or formatting errors that prevent use of materials.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact Energbrighten directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and future services. We will provide relevant documentation to payment processors to support legitimate transactions.
11. Support Services
Refund requests related to support services included in Growth Workshop Bundle and Enterprise Activity Programme packages are handled separately. Unused support periods may be eligible for partial credit toward future purchases. Support services that have been actively used are non-refundable.
12. Changes to This Policy
Energbrighten reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted on energbrighten.world. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
